1. Overview
HiveMoments allows users to upload and share photos, videos, captions, comments, and related event media in connection with private galleries and event experiences. HiveMoments aims to keep the service safe, lawful, and appropriate for private sharing among hosts, guests, families, communities, and invited participants.
This policy applies to content submitted through accounts, event galleries, guest upload flows, links, and related features. It is intended to protect users, subjects appearing in uploaded media, rights holders, and the overall trustworthiness of the platform.

4. Minors & Sensitive Content
Ordinary family, school, and community event photos involving children are generally allowed when they are lawful, appropriate to the event, and shared by someone with the right or permission to do so.
HiveMoments takes child safety seriously. Any exploitative, sexualized, abusive, grooming-related, or otherwise unsafe content involving minors is strictly prohibited and may be removed immediately and reported to appropriate authorities where we believe it is necessary or required.
HiveMoments may also remove or restrict other sensitive content, including highly graphic, traumatic, or invasive material, where doing so is reasonably necessary to protect users, affected individuals, or the service.
- If your event includes children, make sure you are sharing content in a lawful and age-appropriate way and that you have any permissions required for the setting or jurisdiction involved.
- Do not use HiveMoments to normalize, distribute, or privately circulate unsafe or exploitative content involving minors, even if access is limited to a private gallery.
5. Reporting Violations
If you believe content or an account violates this policy, you may report it to HiveMoments at [email protected]. Reports should identify the event, account, gallery, link, or specific content at issue and explain why you believe it violates this policy.
- Include screenshots, event links, account email addresses, or other identifying details when available.
- If the issue involves immediate safety, child protection, fraud, or unlawful content, say so clearly in your report so it can be prioritized appropriately.
6. Enforcement Actions
When HiveMoments believes content or account behavior may violate this policy, the Terms, or applicable law, it may take action proportionate to the nature of the issue and the apparent risk involved.
- Remove content, disable access to event links, or limit the visibility of specific material.
- Restrict uploads, comments, sharing, or other account or event features.
- Suspend or terminate events or accounts involved in serious, repeated, or high-risk violations.
