An Event counts once when it is covered by your professional plan and can accept new guest media: guest access is open or approval-based, and its lifecycle and upload window allow contributions. Closed, expired, read-only and host-only Events do not count. Events outside your professional coverage do not use these slots. This is concurrent capacity, not an Events-per-month allowance. Guest registration, PINs and moderation do not change that Event-wide count.
Pro Studio includes up to 10 collaborators per Event. Pro Agency and Enterprise allow unlimited collaborators per Event. Accepted collaborators and active pending invitations occupy seats; the Event owner is not counted. Cancelled, revoked or expired invitations release their reservations.
Guests use their phone browser through an Event link or QR code. Hosts can enable guest registration and approval, so access depends on that Event’s settings. Guests do not need a paid professional subscription.
Choose Pro Studio or Pro Agency and a monthly or annual cadence to continue to HiveMoments registration and checkout. Selecting a plan does not activate a paid subscription. Enterprise starts with a conversation with our team about your contract and capacity.
Both Pro Studio and Pro Agency support an Event logo and theme colors, plus optional display watermark overlays. White-label is an additional Pro Agency feature for hiding HiveMoments attribution on supported guest surfaces. Enterprise retains its own commercial identity with an Agency feature baseline under its agreement.
