Yes — no credit card required. Your free event is active for 24 hours after the event time and includes limited photo and video uploads. It's a great way to try HiveMoments before committing to a paid plan.

Absolutely. You can upgrade from Free to Starter, or from Starter to Plus, at any point before the event closes. Any content already uploaded carries over — nothing is lost.

Never. Guests scan a QR code and upload directly from their phone browser — no app, no account, no cost to them. You pay once; they share freely.

Gallery access is how long the private gallery stays viewable and downloadable after the event. On the Starter plan that's 3 months; on Plus it's 12 months. Both you and your guests can access the gallery during that window using the private link.

The upload window is when guests can add photos and videos. On Starter, uploads open 7 days before the event and close 1 month after. On Plus, uploads stay open 7 days before through 3 months after — useful for multi-day events or late arrivals.

Unlimited means we don't cut guests off or charge per photo. Fair use simply means the Plus plan is intended for a single event — not for bulk archival of unrelated content. For the vast majority of events, you'll never hit any limit.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) via Stripe. All payments are processed securely — HiveMoments never stores your card details.

Per-event plans are eligible for a refund if requested before the event upload window opens. Once guests have begun uploading, the event is considered active and refunds are not available. See our Refund Policy for full details.
